Not happy with your item(s)? No problem!
Step 1: Returns will be at the cost to the customer, so don't forget to keep proof of return or your tracking number - we will need this if there are any issued with your return.
Step 2: Returns must be made with 14 days of receipt. To return your unwanted item(s), please mark which you would like to return on your returns note.
Step 3: Return your items in the original packaging (where possible), with the tags still attached. We're unable to accept returns for any pierced jewellery or cosmetics, where the cellophane packaging has been removed or any underwear or swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed.
